RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. Our products are carefully selected and packaged with care.

Some items may vary (be modified or replaced) depending on availability. This situation being out of our control, we make sure that the atmosphere is respected and that the replacement item is of equal or superior quality.

All purchases are final. For any problem, please contact us within 5 days from the date of receipt of your package. We kindly ask you to provide a photo reflecting the content received and to specify the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will make sure to review the situation as soon as possible. Note that the shipping costs related to the exchange (return of the product and return of a new product) will be at your expense.
